Chicago Rare recreates the vintage elegance of 1920s Chicago, from deep red velvet booths and Art Deco detailing to a gallery wall of period photography. The menu centres on USDA Prime beef, sourced fresh or dry-aged from US farms and cooked over a Josper oven and live-fire grill in an open kitchen. A live jazz band plays Wednesday through Saturday, with Chic Clique ladies' nights and a Meat Board sharing platter among its recurring fixtures. It has held a Michelin Guide Selected listing since the 2025 edition and kept it in 2026.
