Michelin StarredIDAM by Alain Ducasse
Chef Alain Ducasse brings his Southwest France roots and a lifelong pull toward the Mediterranean to a menu built on peak-season, heritage ingredients rather than showy technique for its own sake. The setting matches the ambition — the restaurant occupies the top floor of I.M. Pei's Museum of Islamic Art, one of Doha's defining landmarks, with an interior designed by Philippe Starck. It's a rare Doha address where the building is as much a draw as the plate. Note: as of our last check, the restaurant's own site showed a temporarily closed status — confirm current status before booking.
