Ducasse describes his approach as rooted in the flavours of southwest France and the Mediterranean, shaped by curiosity rather than strict tradition. IDAM holds a Michelin star, and its dining room looks directly out over Doha Bay, making it one of the most distinctive fine dining settings in the city. Service runs Sunday to Thursday for lunch and dinner, closed Friday and Saturday.
