Alba serves northern Italian cuisine inside Raffles Doha's iconic Katara Towers, reimagining the region's flavors, including its famed white truffles, in a setting of modern luxury. Chef Cristhian Serraino leads the kitchen, moving Alba from Michelin Selected to a full star in the 2026 guide. For a fuller experience, the Chef's Table puts guests inside the kitchen for a private seven course tasting menu personally guided by Serraino, with dinner service running Tuesday to Saturday and a smart elegant dress code.
