Burj Al-Hamam traces its roots to 1958, when Fayez Elias Khoury founded the restaurant in Lebanon, and the brand has since carried that family tradition across the Middle East. The Porto Arabia branch on La Croisette serves the same authentic Lebanese cooking in an ornate dining room finished in turquoise and gold, with mezze like hummus, kibbeh and falafel prepared using recipes passed down through the family. A waterfront terrace over the Pearl's marina adds outdoor seating for guests who want the view alongside the food.
