Sailors Lounge leans hard into an old-world, British-clubroom mood — leather chairs, a serious cigar list, and a balcony looking out over The Pearl-Qatar's waterfront rather than down at a dance floor. Daily Anchor Hours run 7-9pm, and Saturdays bring a set-price package if you'd rather not order a la carte. It's a St. Regis property through and through, so the service is formal and the pace unhurried; nobody's here for a big night out, they're here to nurse a good drink and talk.
