Zuma Doha grew out of a World Cup 2022 pop-up and is now a permanent fixture on Al Maha Island, bringing the brand's signature contemporary Japanese cooking to Lusail. Dishes are built for sharing across the main kitchen, sushi bar and robata grill, from grilled scallop skewers to king crab with caviar. The space spans a wood-lined main dining room, a bar and lounge with live DJ sets, a private dining room, and a terrace looking over the water toward the Doha skyline. Lunch runs daily from 13:00, with a weekend brunch and DJ nights carrying the room into the evening.
