Michelin SelectedNobu Doha
Doha didn't get a scaled-down Nobu — it got the largest one in the entire global group, built as a striking oyster-shaped structure at the tip of the Four Seasons' private peninsula. Architect David Rockwell designed the space, and the payoff is sweeping water and skyline views, especially from the rooftop Pearl Lounge. On the menu, lean on the dishes that built Nobu's name: yellowtail with jalapeno, tuna sashimi salad in Matsuhisa's signature onion-soy dressing, rock shrimp tempura, and black cod in den miso.
