Novikov Doha

Novikov Doha is set inside The St. Regis Doha in West Bay, blending Asian and Mediterranean cooking across an indoor dining room, a covered terrace, and casual outdoor seating right over the water. The menu spans sushi rolls, wok dishes, and Mediterranean small plates, suited to sharing across the table. It runs from 4pm to midnight most weeknights, while Friday and Saturday it opens at noon and stays open straight through to midnight. Private dining is available for larger groups and special occasions.
