Shanghai Me Doha

Shanghai Me brings a modern take on Pan-Asian cuisine to Dafna Street, reinventing centuries-old Chinese dishes alongside precise Japanese technique. The dining room is set beneath striped timber ceilings and lacquered red columns, with velvet booths and palm greenery giving it a 1930s Shanghai feel. The menu ranges from delicate dumplings and sashimi platters to slow-cooked hot-pot dishes and showmanship-driven sharing plates, backed by a cocktail list inspired by the twelve animals of the Chinese zodiac. A private dining room and the Bund Lounge are available for smaller groups.
