Dalchini takes its name from the Hindi word for cinnamon and serves Indian cuisine inspired by the country's regional flavours, recognised by the Michelin Guide Doha in both 2025 and 2026. The a la carte menu pairs wholesome vegetarian dishes guided by AYUSH principles with flavourful non-vegetarian plates, from pepper chicken to grilled scallops. The dining room is done out in purple, cyan and orange tones with brass pendant lighting, and guests can eat indoors or move to the outdoor terrace, where shisha is available in the evenings.
