Parisa Souq Waqif
Parisa opened its first Doha restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Sharq Village in 2012, and this Souq Waqif branch followed once the brand's Persian cooking and maximalist interiors caught on. The room leans on thousands of tiny mirrors handpicked from Iran, hand-painted artwork of Persian myths and legends, and intricate mosaics, with the mirror work alone reportedly taking 3.5 years to assemble in Doha.
