Morimoto

Morimoto Doha is celebrity chef Masaharu Morimoto's first restaurant in the Middle East, set inside Mondrian Doha at West Bay Lagoon. The room draws on the spirit of ancient Nara, with artwork by Japanese painter Hiroshi Senju and rose-gold studded columns wrapping the main dining area. Guests can sit at the marble sushi bar or in two mirrored private dining rooms for smaller gatherings. The menu ranges from lobster sushi rice risotto to robata-grilled wagyu, with weekly fixtures including a Sunday Sushi & Steak Night, Tuesday Rolls & Ramen, and a Saturday nigiri tasting led by the sushi team.
