Mondrian Doha opened in 2017 with all 270 rooms and suites — 211 rooms, 59 bespoke suites — custom-designed by Marcel Wanders, right down to the bathroom fixtures and bedroom murals. What really sets it apart is the food and nightlife roster it houses: Morimoto for contemporary Japanese, Walima for Middle Eastern and Qatari cooking, Hudson Tavern, and Black Orchid, the hotel's own nightclub, plus ESPA's full spa floor. Eight restaurants and bars in total, so a stay here rarely means leaving the building for dinner.
