Gazebo

Gazebo cooks in the Dum Pukht style: pots sealed shut with live coals set underneath, so everything simmers low and slow instead of over open flame. The recipes trace back to the Mughal royal kitchens of Lucknow and Awadh, and the kitchen counts among its team descendants of the original bawarchis and rakabdars who once ran those kitchens. Biryani is the clear headliner, and the restaurant now spans branches in Umm Salal, Abu Sidra Mall, and Al Khor.
