Saasna takes its name from the Qatari dialect for "our roots," and that's really the whole pitch — handcrafted Qatari dishes built on family recipes rather than a hotel-buffet version of the cuisine. It's run by Al Sraiya Hospitality Group out of Msheireb Downtown Doha, and it's held its place in the Michelin Guide for both 2025 and 2026. Go in expecting warmth over spectacle: this is comfort food dressed up just enough for a proper night out.
