Tucked into The St. Regis Doha in West Bay, Novikov mixes Asian and Mediterranean cooking across an indoor room, a cool terrace, and casual outdoor seating overlooking the water. It runs 4pm to midnight most weeknights, but Friday and Saturday it opens at noon and stays open straight through to midnight. Bringing a crowd — they'll set up private dining for it.
