Kyra sits three floors up on the Cielo Hotel's rooftop in Lusail, and it plays things looser than the polished hotel lounges nearby — DJs rotate through house, Arabic pop and Bollywood sets depending on the night, and the shisha service keeps tables occupied well past midnight. It currently tops TripAdvisor's nightlife listings for Lusail, and the long bar and open-air rooftop make it a legitimate stop a few minutes from the Katara Towers scene.
