Kyra sits three floors up on the Cielo Hotel's rooftop in Lusail, and it plays things looser than the polished hotel lounges nearby — DJs rotate through house, Arabic pop and Bollywood sets depending on the night, and the shisha service keeps tables occupied well past midnight. It's become one of the district's go-to rooftop spots, and the long bar and open-air setting make it a legitimate stop a few minutes from the Katara Towers scene.
