At 51 floors, The Torch is the tallest hotel structure in Qatar, and its namesake torch shape — wrapped in LEDs first lit for the 2006 Asian Games — is still one of the most recognizable silhouettes on the Doha skyline at night. The real draw is Three Sixty, the revolving restaurant on the 47th floor, with the more laid-back Torch Tea Garden on 21 overlooking Aspire Park for something less formal.
