Silent Sky

Henrietta Leavitt never got to see how far her work reached — she measured the brightness of distant stars from a desk at Harvard, at a time when women weren't allowed near the telescopes, and the method she discovered is still how astronomers gauge the size of the universe today. Silent Sky tells that story with warmth rather than lecture, and The Doha Players give it the kind of intimate staging a script this quiet needs.
