The Pearl turns part of its waterfront promenade into a food festival for just over a week, with stalls covering a mix of cuisines plus entertainment, sitting among the marina and the cafés along Porto Arabia. Visit Qatar lists entry as free; you pay for the food. The full vendor line-up hasn't been published yet, so follow the organiser's Instagram nearer the date.
